This programme was designed to help people who have been made redundant from the Oil &amp; Gas Industry in the north east of Scotland get back into work.<\/p>\n<p>The Programme covers the following areas, Networking for Success, Social Media (LinkedIn and Twitter), Understanding the help that is available from the local and Scottish government, assistance with developing a good Resume (C.V.) and what is available to help you start your own business and how to go about it.<\/p>\n<p>I am one of a group of very talented individuals from a range of disciplines across the oil industry, and hopefully we will all be successful in getting a new role in the near future.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>After being made redundant, I was lucky to be selected to join a programme being run by AGCC (Aberdeen &amp; Grampian Chamber of Commerce) called Springboard.
