A New Start

Following a period of redundancy I have been fortunate enough to join the Springboard programme run through the Aberdeen & Grampian Chamber of Commerce.

Springboard is a fantastic initiative that supports people who have been made redundant — helping them to retrain, upskill, and find a new direction in their career. It has been an incredibly positive experience so far.

The programme brings together people from a wide range of backgrounds and industries, and the peer support alone has been invaluable. There are workshops, coaching sessions, and practical tools to help you think clearly about where you want to go next.

I'm treating this as a genuine fresh start — an opportunity to reassess, learn new things, and figure out what the next chapter of my career looks like. Watch this space.
